Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services of Lucas Window Replacement. By accessing our website, submitting a service request, or hiring us for window replacement, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Lucas Window Replacement offers residential and commercial window replacement and installation services in and around Lucas, TX. All services are subject to availability and a written agreement or estimate.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of consultation.
  • Pricing may change if scope, materials, or site conditions vary from the original estimate.
  • A 50% deposit is required upon signing to begin ordering windows or scheduling work.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Warranties

  • Labor is covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty from the installation date.
  • Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and are honored through the manufacturer directly.
  • Extended labor warranties may be available for an additional fee.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and include proof of purchase.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders canceled within 48 hours of signing may be eligible for a full refund, excluding any materials already ordered.
  • Cancellations after 48 hours may incur restocking or administrative fees.
  • Custom windows are non-refundable once ordered.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued within 14 business days.

5. Access & Preparation

  • Customers are responsible for providing safe, clear access to the job site.
  • We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, furniture, or items not moved prior to installation unless negligence occurs on our part.
  • Customers must notify us in advance of any hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos) or conditions on site.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lucas Window Replacement will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, product defects, or third-party services.
  • Any issues caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations made by others after installation.

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific job or service rendered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, logos, and service descriptions—is the property of Lucas Window Replacement and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Collin County, TX, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
